Silo Top/Silo Feeding
Silo feeding system having various equipments like air slide, parallel distributor to maintain the silo feed level equally/to get the more blending in raw meal silo, manual/pneumatic cut of gates, socket for silo feeding & level measuring instruments.
Silo top having air balance valve for over dedusting controlling man hole, silo pilot, high / low level measuring indicator manually or automatically, bag filter & fan for dedusting system silo etc.
The inverted cone/flat bottom silo is used as storage silo and capable to discharge the material smoothly through pneumatically aeration system and convey the cement through pneumatic conveying systems, called closed fluid slide (air slides) Inverted cone silo is latest technology, being used in all over the world for cement storage and extraction system. The safety for operation has to be rated "very high". Inverted cone silos use the natural gravity flow of the cement during the discharging process, material slides over the cone from silo center cone to bottom of cone. In inverted cone silo central cone Inclination of the silo bottom towards the horizontal is 60deg. However in flat bottom silo Inclination of the silo bottom towards the horizontal is 6-8deg.
In side the Silo, silo bottom is covered with fluid slides (open air slides) able to carry heavy loads; the aeration bottom is divided into section / sectors with discharge and flow control equipments. Alternation of the air flow towards the discharge section via air-cut-off valves as well as the alternation of the discharge section with flow control gates is controlled by a free programmable control unit.

Fluidslide (Open air slide) are covered with special synthetic fabric which is resistant against rotting and termite proof. Temperature load can be as high as 140deg.C, for the standard material. A special way of the tight weaving produces an even air distribution over the fabric surface.
Single stage rotary piston roots blower are used for silo aeration system, roots blower with low differential pressure, oil free air supplied to aeration units of the silo bottom, the blowers are air cooled
